A first-class infrastructure is a key foundation for stable processes in all areas of daily workflows at Opcos. This has been considered since the company's founding in 2019, and the process environment has been designed to meet the highest demands of our customers. The high-quality infrastructure is continuously adapted to meet all increasing requirements:

• Cleanroom class ISO 6 (DIN EN ISO 14644-1) with temperature and humidity control.
• Flow boxes according to ISO 5 for highly sensitive work areas.
• Latest-generation coating systems with powerful plasma sources.
• Ultrasonic cleaning system with high-purity water treatment and various cleaning media.
• Oil-free compressed air supply.

We also operate our own jig and fixture construction facility for the rapid production of auxiliary equipment. For example, substrate holders for cleaning and coating or measuring fixtures for time-critical development projects can be manufactured in-house.
